Dr. Divyani Latchman was born in the tropical island of Fiji and moved to Canada at a young age where she settled with her family in Kelowna. She is a Rutland Senior Secondary graduate and obtained her Bachelor of Science degree at UBC Vancouver. Dr. Latchman then moved to Ontario where she attended Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree with Distinction.
Dr. Latchman is thrilled to return back to Kelowna and join the team at Upper Mission Dental in providing exceptional dental care to you and your family. With a passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing excellent patient centered care, she believes that building strong relationships is key to creating a comfortable and positive dental experience. Dr. Latchman continues to expand her clinical knowledge by staying current with the advances in dentistry through continuing education courses and seminars.
Outside of the office, Dr. Latchman enjoys traveling and exploring the great outdoors with her husband. She also loves discovering new culinary delights at the local restaurants and always on the lookout for her next favorite dish. Some of her favorite cuisines include Indian, Italian and Oriental.
